Benoît graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and HEC School of Management.
He is the co-founder of Theodo and M33, coaching the CEOs of the incubated startups and focusing on commercial development of the ecosystem.
Benoît is a certified Scrum Master who trained with the co-creator of SCRUM, Jeff Sutherland. His expertise spans both Agile and Lean methodologies. He has been a keynote speaker at several Lean conferences since 2013.
In addition to Theodo and M33, Benoît co-founded Allomatch.

Fabrice graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ETH Zürich. He serves as Theodo's CTO and helps our clients improve their technical strategies. His one goal? To create business value.
Fabrice was chairman of the French Assocation of PHP users (AFUP) and co-created both the Association of French-speaking users of Symfony (AFSY) and the Devops-Paris meetups.
He speaks at international conferences, most recently the 2016 Lean Summit, and wrote the chapter Developing for Facebook in More with Symfony.
